As a gym owner and fitness service provider...The platform is outstanding, reliable and professional.Only surpassed by the incredible level of customer service provided by the support teams on the phone.This is old school high quality, nothing is too much trouble customer service, the type of which I thought had long gone.

Mindbody app is excellenet!
We use the Mindbody branded app for our Health club, and we find it is an excellent product and our members find navigating and booking through the Mindbody app to be easy! Carmelina who supports us from Mindbody is fantastic, so helpful and responsive. We would highly recommend Mindbody as a product for Health clubs and their members!

Christina, The Best Customer Service Rep, works here!
Had/have an unfortunate case with the bank MindBody uses for credit card processing attempting to tell us what services we can/can't do. The only remedy was to stop using them and get a third party processor but this proved to be disruptive as it's not integrated. (hopefully MindBody will change banks or allow options) Aside from that, one of the frustrations in reporting led to a phone call to support. I have been using the platform for 10…
I have been using the platform for 10 years and it is the best out there for Health, Leisure & Fitness businesses by a long shot.Love the integrations they have added over the years: Branded App, Marketing suite, Livestream and VOD platforms-all game changers. Now the new “virtual receptionist” Messengerai looks really exciting also, just what’s needed in these times when we are limiting the amount of people in a studio/gym setting.Paul

Excellent service provision, support and customer service
I couldn't fault the service provision, support and customer service I have received from MindBody since I opened my Yoga Studio 2.5 years ago. After much deliberation I opted to go with Mindbody when I opened my business and I haven't looked back. It's very reasssuring knowing they are there at the end of the phone whenever and if ever I need help and technical support. We signed up for MINDBODY when we opened our first location 4 years ago and it has been a great investment.The CRM system is second to known. We are able to book in clients and have all our reports on the one platform.We also have the branded app that makes it a breeze through for clients to get themselves booked in.

Very helpful staff! Whenever I have any issues I am confident that the Mindbody staff can help me. They are quick to reply and provide solutions; should the issue be unsolvable, they are able to provide alternatives!
