We have been mindBody users since 2017. When we first came on board with MindBody I asked a lot of questions about the user friendliness and capability for families to use the app. I felt that the company over promised and under delivered, as to this day, our clients frequently experience technical difficulties using the software. Helpful staff

MBO is an incredibly powerful tool to automate your admin so that you can focus on building better relationships with your clients. By allowing you more time to see more clients more easily, you can do more of what you love best (helping people, right?) I love it!

Great Support when needed
MindBody support are always very helpful & polite whenever I ring with a query. If I can't speak to somebody straightaway, I arrange a call back which usually happens within the hour. I'm always impressed with their friendly can do attitude and they are always able to solve the problem.
