I'm pleased with the MindBody customer…
I'm pleased with the MindBody customer service. I was able to meet Carmelina Amore the account manager during my recent visit to London. She introduced me to the new features on the Ultimate 2.0, so I upgraded my subscription to it. I'm extremely happy with the training that I'm getting from Carmelina. She is very knowledgable and helpful.The only issue that I'm not happy about is that I find the Ultimate 2.0 subscription a bit expensive especially if you have with the branded App. It will ...

MindBody customer support is awesome. Generally there is not much of a wait to get a representative on the phone and to share screens to get a problem solved. Would highly recommend.

This system is great for our business…
This system is great for our business for booking clients into both classes and beauty treatments and also recording payments instead of a physical till.Easy to use and navigate.While we have had it for 18 months now, we are still discovering how much more there is in the software and how it can help us more.It is very reliable.Whenever I have had a problem, the mindbody team are always quick to respond and help.Very happy.
