Still not Slack, but better than Skype / Lync
What do you like best? We started using teams because it was free. We continued because it’s deep integration with Active Directory and Office 365. Updates are automated, and they have apps for Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android. They also have a web client. What do you dislike? The interface can be slow. Messages can be delayed. Often the app will restart so it can refresh. All files shared though it are uploaded to a Sharepoint system, and this will cause issues. What problems ...

Easy to use, very helpful for our company
What do you like best? It is a simple design. Easy to manipulate and to teach someone else how to use it. I like that you can make teams, chats, see your calendar. I like the way it lets you know when a meeting has started. It is easy to share screens and video chat. I like the way it looks and how integrated it is with other Microsoft products. Always a great connection!
What do you like best? The IM feature is nice and quick. I can easily see who is online or how long they have been away. The calls are consistent and typically don’t drop. What do you dislike? Great tool to implement across teams. I've been using in a lot, internally and externally.
What do you like best? I can communicate very easily with my colleagues as well as share my screen with out connecting to another tool. What do you like best? The setup of your team(s) is fairly straightforward and easy as are the basic use features for creating public or private 'channels' to keep specific discussions separate etc. There are a number of available add-in apps that also allow for more enhanced functionality.
