Good and consistent but there are some better options

What do you like best? I like the integrated nature of this with all the other Microsoft office-type applications. Being able to use my single sign on username allows easy management of the software and user. The video quality is good, but the software takes some getting used to from an aesthetic perspective, it is less intuitive than others I've used. What do you dislike? It took me a while to get used to the software layout and design: compared to others it was less easy to pick ...

Clunky but it works

What do you like best? The fact that it is included in the office 365 suite. It also helps that it's a Microsoft product and it will have future support. What do you dislike? The fact that it is clunky and doesn't load correctly. Recommendations to others considering the product: It is a good product and it had potential. The product does need some bug fixes though and it seems a bit clunky. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

Great Tool and Wonderful Features!

What do you like best? Ease of Use and options available to extend services. Has great features one could use. No need to look for multiple tools to organize your daily work needs. One can build new bots to extend the features as well. This is just brilliant. I have not used the full features of Microsoft Office in the past though all options were available for me to use. The tools is a one tool wonder that can be used to do pretty much all the work related aspects at a single place and ...

Good Tool, can be better

What do you like best? Various options to chat and have meeting on same portal. Also storing and viewing files is a great tool. Many times teams share documents, which can be easily shared as well as viewed at a later time. Love the calls feature as well as a history of it, so if need be can revert back tot he call / call again. Call quality has been better than skype. we used to earlier use Skype before migrating to Teams, and see a marked difference in quality as well as stability of ...

Invaluable work for supporting our team during while working from home

What do you like best? Teams has been a crucial app for our team to stay connected while working from home, sharing work, information, collaborating, training and having safe video and audio calls. Having different channels is very useful because it helps categorise the post and help people who do not work all week with not being overwhelmed with information. They can take it channel by channel. Being able to tag people and have private as well as group chats which are not seen by all of ...

Easy to use and easy to share

What do you like best? The accessibility. It is simple to log in and the interface is pretty straight forward. What do you dislike? It is simple to use but you need to explore it some to get familiar with the functions. There are a lot of different things you can do within Teams so it is somewhat overwhelming, but if you spend some time getting familiar with it you can get your way pretty easy. Recommendations to others considering the product: Good and easy way to ...
