Great for collaborating, especially when people aren't in the same building.

What do you like best? It is very user friendly and easy to operate. You can instant message and share ideas, but we mostly use it for video conferencing. It has been very helpful in that aspect. What do you dislike? Sometimes it is hard to connect on video. If there's some people on Teams and some in person, it can be difficult for everyone to hear each other. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It works very well for meetings. ...

Easy to use app!

What do you like best? The ability to talk to my colleagues in an easy and efficient way. Just send the link, you can even add it to a calendar. What do you dislike? At times the connection was going on and out. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Especially during this pandemic, it’s been great setting up meetings, interviews, and work related interactions.

Convenient Way to Communicate with Collegues

What do you like best? My favorite part about Microsoft Teams is being able to have all my groups, chats, calendar, etc. in one spot. I prefer the layout of the calendar on Teams much better than in Outlook. What do you dislike? I do not like that when on the chat screen, I always have to have a chat selected and showing on the screen. I wish there was an option to "open" an old chat without it automatically needing to show or the ability to have a blank chat space. This is also ...

Very efficient collaboration tool

What do you like best? Great ease of use. Highlight effective and has great features. Also, a great collaboration tool for sharing files and organizing them within the app. What do you dislike? Every time when joining a meeting, it opens up web browser and with a pop up message to open Team app. Instead it would be useful if it would directly connect without opening the browser page. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great tool for collaboration and helps ...

Very useful

What do you like best? I like it a lot because video conferences have a central role and for this they have a staff of advanced functionalities that go from screen sharing and the ability to take control of it, blurring the background to avoid distractions, video recording stored for later viewing and downloading and transcription to text, integrated chat with the place from which the meeting was launched, etc. What do you dislike? Its version in the mobile app is a bit restrictive ...
