Teams has brought our organization together
What do you like best? I love Teams' on the fly access. It is so much quicker to make a call in Teams and share your screen than any other platform I've used. Time is of the essence and Teams helps us save so much time. Not only do I have a super quick and easy way to get ahold of my other teammates, but I have a place to share information and files. And I love the Chat function! I might not always have time to make a phone call so a quick text in Chat can be a quick solution. Several of ...

A great tool for collaboration between teams.
What do you like best? I love the way I can work on documents with my team at the same time seeing all team members making changes as they happen. Storing files and ensuring that everyone is working on the rights version. Chat and video conferencing is superb and an essential tool for my team to work well. What do you dislike? Sometimes the collaboration tools can cause issues with file versioning. Recommendations to others considering the product: Go all in and push it ...

Microsoft Teams in The Workplace - A MUST HAVE!
What do you like best? The ability to multitask with my office team in one place. It’s amazing how much more efficient, communicative, and organized our team has become. No more going from screen to screen or waiting on a peer to share a file. Everything is in ONE place! What do you dislike? I do not have any areas of the platform that I do not like. In the future, I would like to see some add-ins more functional. No complaints here. Recommendations to others considering the ...

Microsoft teams is a great collaboration tool!
What do you like best? Combination of Instant Messaging, video conference tool, and document sharing system. What do you dislike? Doesn't seem to be as widely adopted as ZOOM. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Communication within our company...both IMs as well as video chats and file sharing.

Easy to use
What do you like best? Audio, video and chatting can be done in the same window. File sharing is the most interesting feature of the teams. The shared file can be opened in the same window. The teams can be opened on the web as well in the downloaded application from your computer. The mobile application is an additional advantage that has a reminder built-in. The meeting can be conducted among the groups created at any time. It supports group calls and individual calls as well. Chat ...

Teams is So Easy to Use
What do you like best? I like how Teams syncs with my Outlook calendar instantly and easily. What do you dislike? There's definitely an adjustment period to be able to find the relevant chat, create teams, and establish the meetings, but our team adapted quickly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We started using Teams when COVID hit to keep us connected. It's much easier for us to hop on quick calls, quickly video chat ...

Very frustrating for someone who isn't on the full Microsoft platform
What do you like best? I guess for those on the MS platform it means everything is integrated... What do you dislike? As someone who isn't on the platform, it's often difficult to join a meeting which creates a lot of frustration on my end and on my client's! It asks me for logins and passwords and wants to install things but then says my login and password are incorrect and all it does is waste my time unfortunately! I've always been a big MS fan but this platform doesn't work ...

My experience of using Microsoft teams for 4 months.
What do you like best? The interface which Microsoft uses is very user friendly and easy to use for people who are not that much technology saavy. The best thing about Microsoft Teams is the data safety satisfaction which you get unlike other meetings app. What do you dislike? One thing which I didn't like about Microsoft Teams is that it's not as competitive when it comes about video conferencing and screen presentation, I've used other meeting apps which gives you a much ...

Teams is catching up to Zoom, wow
What do you like best? Now supports up to 49 participant view, chat and calendar work well. What do you dislike? Have not yet found Pretest/set of options/quality (so..even if there it's not intuitive). Not enough view options like side by side mode etc. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Team and 1 on 1 conferences and collaboration.
