What do you like best? It automates deploying Microsoft updates. What do you dislike? The UI is not very user friendly. It is pretty clunky. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Absolutely no benefits, and it just automates software update deployment.

What do you like best? It's intuitive and new updates make it awesome. It does patching and implementing so well. What do you dislike? The cost.
