PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The latest set of releases provide a smarter user interface, which helps organize your enterprise-related items. It is not user friendly.
What do you like best? It automates deploying Microsoft updates. What do you dislike? The UI is not very user friendly. It is pretty clunky. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Absolutely no benefits, and it just automates software update deployment.

What do you like best? I like how simple the interface is to use and to keep track of issues. What do you dislike? I do not like how the program will freeze constantly when you are only using it. Let SCCM do the work for you
What do you like best? SCCM will automate pushing out software installs, Microsoft updates, manages mobile devices both company and employee owned. It also has an adequate amount of built in reports to help you. What do you dislike? Set up is a pain and should be done by an engineer. Love it.. except cost
What do you like best? It's intuitive and new updates make it awesome. It does patching and implementing so well. What do you dislike? The cost. The licensing and the EA are just hard to convince c levels to buy in. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Cost.
