What do you like best? What I like best about this software is the fact that it has the greatest customer service I've ever seen. It must be because it's a Microsoft installment. What do you dislike? Good Monitoring Tool

What do you like best? Config manager, Service window manager and Task managers are really good to use. Ease of deploying the windows. Upgrade Sync functionality takes care of all new things automatically. What do you dislike? Still get issues on update sync and during rebooting the config manager. What do you like best? All our IT teams can keep track of incidents in a central location. What do you dislike? Quirky. Sometimes all the functionality doesn't work or you have to get out of full screen mode in order for it to work. I don't like that two people cannot be editing an item at once.
