Quick and easy to use
What do you like best? What's great about Microsoft is that they are always trying to improve their products and services. What do you dislike? One thing that bothers me is that when you use the product on mobile, it tends to crash or reboot in the middle of an assignment or document. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use it for referrals and translation in our department. Very useful and quick.

Hardware and software monitoring
What do you like best? It is a very broad product, where you can configure it to suit your needs, in my specific case it is used to monitor hardware and software implementation of virtual machines in CITRIX. However as mentioned, it is one of Microsoft's bets in management and is divided into many other options. What do you dislike? I use it according to programming by the engineer who designed the product's visualization, I do not install it, I'm just a user of the tool for a specific ...

Brilliant tool
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? A great monitoring tool that I've ever worked with. I've been using IBM, CA, and HP monitoring tools for several years then made a switch by concentraring on Microsoft. Since I've made the transition, I was able to deploy SCOM all over the globe. Personally, it's one of the best products that's both lightweight and reasonably priced. Microsoft has done an incredible job extending its Cross Platform, which makes it ideal in a ...

Rough start but smooth sailing afterwards!
What do you like best? Initially, we had lots of bugs when we rolled over to the newest versions with packages not being deployed. once redeployed apps and packages showed up properly and we were able to take advantage of the new features. Also, their remote management is great. What do you dislike? Sometimes it seems to take several times to get things added or changed in the system. For instance, we have to add the OS that we wanted me to deploy a couple times. Can have some time delay ...
