Helpful for someone who knew nothing about app. management
What do you like best? I used this when I worked retail, before I got into nonprofits. I really liked how user-friendly it was. We were working on our website and wanted to detect our website's performance and response time during peak hours of the day and days of the week, like when we had a sale. What do you like best? Ease of use for all of our IT staff for deployment of software. What do you dislike? The basic set up is time consuming and not for the faint of heart. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Typically this software is used for inventory magament and software deployment.

Microsoft System Center- Software Centrally Located
What do you like best? I love that you can access software to download from one location. No matter what device you log into, you can get your software downloaded. It is also very easy to show staff how to use the product. What do you dislike? I wish you could set it up to update existing software. What business problems are you solving with the product? PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? When it Microsft services and applications monitoring, there's nothing that's as robust and flexible than SCM. It has great integration and meshes well with other MS-based products (custom and OOB. Installation, configuration, and administration is seamless. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It's considered to be one of the most ideal Windows-based client management and deployment tool in the market. SCOM happens to be a top notch tool for monitoring. It's able to look into environment matters and correct them. What do you like best? platform is extensive. you can monitor several servers What do you dislike? If I run into issues and have to contact Microsoft directly, customer service seems less than helpful Recommendations to others considering the product highly used. Great software
What do you like best? So many things that this suite can do. The System Center Advisor makes it seamless and simple Sass service management. Its Configuration Manager contains patches for deployment as well as server management and configuration. I like how their Orchestrator and Service Manager works.
