What do you like best? Ease of use for all of our IT staff for deployment of software. What do you dislike? The basic set up is time consuming and not for the faint of heart. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Typically this software is used for inventory magament and software deployment.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? When it Microsft services and applications monitoring, there's nothing that's as robust and flexible than SCM. What do you like best? So many things that this suite can do. The System Center Advisor makes it seamless and simple Sass service management. Its Configuration Manager contains patches for deployment as well as server management and configuration. I like how their Orchestrator and Service Manager works.
