Great Place to Store your lists of information

What do you like best? Although at the beginning I found Sharepoint extremely difficult to use and even unintuitive, once I learned how to use it I was able to unlock all it's capabilities and now I use it daily as a companion to Microsoft Powerapps. Having the data stored in Sharepoint makes it easy to connect and use in other software as Microsoft Excel and Power BI. What do you dislike? It is a little difficult to learn how to use it without training, and the new interface ...

Edit files with teammates at the same time

What do you like best? There are two ways to edit files: Web and App. Both allows for multiple users to edit the files at the same time. All other functions are very standard. Could also access files by finder as well. Easy to request access to files. What do you dislike? It could be difficult to search for files sometimes. Cannot use right click to open files in new tap What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping the ...

Beautiful Interface with almost too many options

What do you like best? As a creative I find the design templates and options incredibly pleasing. Also I love that it connects with other Microsoft apps that we use. Previously we had all of our documentation saved to one word document. This has made loading quicker as each section would be its own page. What do you dislike? For the older or less design savvy crowd the layout can be overwhelming. Recommendations to others considering the product: I highly recommend share ...

Centralized, Secure Sharing Service

What do you like best? When using Single-Sign on portals, Sharepoint makes it easy to cross-collaborate with multiple teams/people on sharing files or working on the same file at the same time. It's great for an organization that has many teams working together at one time. Being able to edit work in real time with other people is a great collaboration tool. Additionally, it saves previous versions of documents for archiving purposes. What do you dislike? Have not found anything ...

A good platform to act as a Common Data Environment

What do you like best? Easy to manage permissions between project teams, grant access rights and manage files/folders. What do you dislike? The check-in/check-out functionality can get a little annoying if the users are not trained to properly use it. It is not easy for the admin to manage this when files are left checked out. Also, we do have some malfunctions from time to time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are ...

Share important reports across your peers

What do you like best? The best feature of SharePoint is obviously its ability to create reports that can be accessed from anywhere. The void that Microsoft Excel left for its customers is easily filled with SharePoint. The undisputed need to create reports online that can be accessed, edited and saved is easily solved by SharePoint, which is full of very important features. What do you dislike? The biggest disadvantage of SharePoint is its complexity when it comes to doing ...

Useful for sharing webforms

What do you like best? Available on the web and also an an app. What do you dislike? It would be nicer if it was actually part of Microsof Flow so we don't have to have several apps to make things work smoothly. Recommendations to others considering the product: Will probably need to use it in combination with other apps. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Webforms- which lots of people can use at the same time. Works ...
