Great tool for collaboration, task tracking, resource utilization and overall project management

What do you like best? Task tracking and milestone management. Easily identify critical path for project success. What do you dislike? Not always user friendly. I use this daily to create schedules.

What do you like best? Linking tasks and the format makes creating schedules a lot easier. It's nice to have one platform to add all of my tasks to, and if I have to change a tasks, and they are linked, then it's very easy to re enter the same document and update the entire schedule with just a few easy clicks. What do you like best? It's good to use for huge projects and small. I really like that I can use my cell phone to access my information quickly instead of waiting to hit my computer What do you dislike? It's not as user friendly as I thought it would be. Good but not the best

What do you like best? I like the options of how to portray resources throughout a project What do you dislike? I dislike how projects are all waterfall method. It would be better if they could be iterative. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am solving the problem of lack of visibility of projects, deliverables, and resources. I have realized the benefits of the full visibility and drilled down details.

What do you like best? The interface is user friendly and easy to navigate. What do you dislike? The program tends to have a long and slow start up time. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having a system where all of your work is stored and easy to view in one remote location makes for a more organized project.

I didn't use it much prior to this position and kind of wish I did i would not have had such a large learnign curve.
