Highly Efficient Product

What do you like best? Ease of use and implementation. Reports can be managed with little user know how. I LOVE THE DRAG AND DROP SCHEDULING and the collabaration capability is fantastic! What do you like best? It is a great way to keep timelines on track and in order. I really like that it helps me break out the days and if I change one day it will change the others with it. Standard To Use if You Can Afford It.

What do you like best? MS Project has been around for a long time. As with any MS products, every new version builds on the previous version and allows for backward compatibility. It also has most standards used by PMI. It as the ability to manage multiple projects and standard reports are easy to create. You can use task management with Team Task Report as well. Great tool for complex projects with multiple stakeholders, but too detailed for smaller projects

What do you like best? MS Project is a great tool to manage complex projects with lots of moving parts and different participants. It is helpful to see dependencies, predecessors, etc. and understand the impact of changes to subsequent tasks. What do you dislike?
