Straightforward project mangement
What do you like best? Microsoft Project is project management without the frills. It is a great tool for organizing all of the tasks you have ahead of you and for managing those same tasks as well as the resources involved in the project. What do you like best? It is easy to use and user friendly all across the user spectrum. What do you dislike? It can be limiting in the customization. Project is a Power Project Management Tool
What do you like best? Project is very good for visualizing the scope of a project. Like all of the programs in the Microsoft Office suite, it can be used to whatever complexity the user is capable of. What do you like best? My team mainly uses this for Portfolio Management, we have a large real estate portfolio and this product makes it very easy to track, adjust, report, and maintain records.
