Painful Project

What do you like best? Microsoft project has traditionally been the best way to capture critical data elements for success project planning. That opportunity remains. What do you dislike? Microsoft project has always been obscure but the interface has taken the effort to an entirely new level of trivial pursuit. Simply trying to change project dates and task interrelationships is beyond challenging now. Worse yet my organization decided to use Project Online for organizational time ...

I have used MS Project since the early 1990s.

What do you like best? While it may not be the 'Gold Standard' for Project Management, It is certainly widely used throughout the Project Management industry. For most cases, it provides comprehensive tools, reporting, and management capabilities to meet corporate demands. It is robust enough to handle large complex cross-functional projects, and yet simple enough for the novice or occasional user to benefit from it. It has configuration options allowing the user to configure it to match ...

Excellent Project Management Software

What do you like best? I like the ease of use of this product. It was very intuitive to use. I highly recommend it! I was able to pick up fairly easily on how to use the product. What do you dislike? In all honesty I really have no dislikes. Maybe pricing for some people and businesses (or rather non profits. But otherwise a wonderful product. Microsoft Project for Software Development

What do you like best? I like the fact it is easy to add alf of the basic items we need to be able to see what a project's timeline will be. It also has great integration with Visual Studio Team Foundation Server. You can use either Project or TFS to enter in the work items and it will keep them synchronized. What do you dislike? There tends to be a learning curve to most of the non-standard Office products. Learning to use them efficiently due to the wide feature set can be daunting ...
