MS Project - classic
What do you like best? I enjoy the traditional methodology and options to modernise the process using MSP. While it's not necessarily used always at TVO, it is still a standard that is replicated elsewhere in other software packages. What do you dislike? What do you like best? MS Project is the most comprehensive Project Planning tool out there. Good Management Tool
What do you like best? As with all Microsoft products, the ability to integrate other files into MS Project is a key reason I use this tool. What do you dislike? MS Project is not as intuitive as I'd like. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use MS Project to manage multiple priorities, including Six Sigma projects and other Lean events.

Work Review
What do you like best? I think the integration is seemless between the Microsoft suite and this really is maximized in the work setting. What do you dislike? I don't love that the suite takes some training to use and changes pretty dramatically with updates. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Working on compliance analytics, and this offers good tools for that.

Lots of functionality-- not all features may be utilized for smaller projects

Lots of functional-- MS Project is relatively powerful with a lot of built in functionality to help project managers with task management, team and management to view project status.
