From the IT side
What do you like best? It's integration into the Microsoft office side of things. What do you dislike? The install process. It's a pain and if you already have installed products it can cause you to have uninstall everything to start from scratch. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The work flow for the teams is a great issue solved.

We use MSFT Project and pMgmt daily in our FInancial Service
What do you like best? WE like the integration into our already windows-heavy systems. It also works well w/ our O365 systems What do you dislike? We dislike the recent changes in the latest version of Project/Port Mgmt. Come on...we can do better
What do you like best? Integration to other Microsoft products. Deep ability to customize specific features. What do you dislike? UI is clunky, and not intuitive. Also serious feature bloat. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Track task details for enterprise level projects, alleviate blockers and optimize the process.

What do you like best? I like how you can map everything out and have one task trigger another one. It is a perfect way to think about all the steps a project needs to complete. What do you dislike? Perfect for Scheduling
What do you like best? This project is extremely user friendly. Linking tasks is so much easier than with the program Primavera. It's nice to be able to link it to Excel as well. What do you dislike? The only thing I'm not liking is the non convertibility it has with P6 which might be a P6 problem. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Scheduling is a lot easier through Microsoft Project and it safes a bunch of time.

The software is easy to learn and the low learning curve allows me to teach others to use it in a relatively short time before being able to communicate timelines and milestones with me What do you dislike?
