The Microsoft project and portfolio management has saved me so much time in general, you can set it up for things to be automated, no more pushing the same buttons over and over feeling like an assembly line. What do you dislike? The only real downside to the software is that it is not meant for those who are not somewhat computer literate. You do have to learn a little more than usual, and get the hang of how everything is, but once that is figured out then it ...

I wish all of the features were available at the Professional Level price point. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I've been able to look at how much time is spent on tasks not directly related to making a profit and prioritize projects.

MS Project
What do you like best? Ability to quickly add and hide columns. Gives the ability to quickly change the project based on the audience. What do you dislike? Inability to quickly format this to a PDF to send to clients who do not have MS Project. Since many clients do not have MS project, they will request only the project plan or only the gantt chart to be sent as a PDF.
