What do you like best? allows me to manage my accounts well and keep tabs on what is important to me. Helps me scale my team as well What do you dislike? hard to setup and get adjusted to. hard to learn the features at first. What business problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? It allows to make concrete the tasks between individuals in a team, see dependent tasks, and track progress. It is even worthwhile when you are doing a self-project. We use the tool weekly to see how each member of the team is doing, and what road blocks we face. We also like using it with SharePoint, that is great in large enterprise setting with several teams working on all kinds of projects. What do you dislike? Cumbersome but useful

What do you like best? My favorite feature is being able to set predecessor tasks and the auto-completion of dates based on the predecessors. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Ease of use when it comes to creating project tasks, milestones, and due dates. I really like the ability to assign weights to tasks. What do you dislike? The online and desktop client sync can be a little clunky. It great for teams where there are multiple PMs on same project/portfolio. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Managing a projects lifecycle, milestones, and due dates.

Great Addition for Collaboration Projects

What do you like best? This program assists with project management. I can easily share information with others and evaluate my top performers What do you dislike? It does take awhile to master the many different componentstyles of the program, but there are great tutorials available. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Time management has been improved by using this program. It has been beneficial to my productivity.

If you have co-workers that have had difficulty following along with web-based collaboration sites, this is so much easier for them. It's a platform (Microsoft they're familiar with. It's easy to see who is working on what, and what stage they're on- so you don't necessarily need to bother them for information. Good PM tool. However still lacks ease of use.

What do you like best? Great features to track a project's lifecycle. What do you dislike? The difficulty in reporting (creating progress charts in a calendar view, as an example. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking of projects lifecycle over its course. Easy to assign tasks to specific phases and people.
