Great for waterfall planning, not as good as JIRA for agile methods
What do you like best? Visualization features are really good. Tool is very easy to use and most clients are used to seeing it What do you dislike? Tougher to move things around than in JIRA. Wouldn't recommend for dev work What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Managing timelines for client software implementations; helps keep everyone on the same page

Better project management with MSProjet
What do you like best? MSProject has all the tools for project management. One of the best things that exists in it is how activities can be organized. It can manage project costs, both services and materials. It has tremendous ease when it comes to managing deadlines. What do you dislike? MSproject is an excellent tool, but it's not free. Additionally activities with less than 100% completion do not display their percentage completion. Recommendations to others considering the ...

Review of Microsoft Project
What do you like best? The ability to layout activities and see the full schedule duration, activities, and adjust accordingly to current progress. What do you dislike? It's not as user-friendly as I hoped and looks outdated a bit. Say I want to know the full duration of the project. I have to go to a hidden function and details which are not as clear as I'd like. you have to become an advanced user and use it every day to truly have no issues. Recommendations to others considering ...

MS Project
