Base Floor for Portfolio Management
What do you like best? Program was easy to navigate and could jump between project management and overall strategic growth within the portfolio. What do you dislike? Did not have as in-depth features as other programs What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Work with a wide base of clients within health care setting. Use program to manage/launch new initiatives while managing different portfolios.

What do you like best? Very robust program. Some sections were not even used. Utilized only a portion of the software. What do you dislike? Too difficult to setup. Takes a long time to populate database and input resources. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? MS Project
What do you like best? Ability to quickly add and hide columns. Gives the ability to quickly change the project based on the audience. What do you dislike? Inability to quickly format this to a PDF to send to clients who do not have MS Project. Since many clients do not have MS project, they will request only the project plan or only the gantt chart to be sent as a PDF. When converting to a PDF, there isn't an easy way to only save just the plan or just the chart. Instead it's a ...

A functional experience
What do you like best? I user friendly interface with easy to find tools What do you dislike? It's pretty formulaic and doesn't provide for a lot of customization. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are finding that customer and staff are able to interface with the software equally well.

What do you like best? I feel like this Project Planning tool is one of the most comprehensive and easy project tools out there. I am able to schedule my tasks and even milestones of my projects as they are being completed. It is really simple to use and it is really easy to add, modify, change, and link tasks. Works fine, but a bit outdated
What do you like best? Universal use, can google and easily find answers to anything needed, integrations with lots of other products, and does what it needs to do for the most part What do you dislike? Supports traditional/waterfall primarily, which is a bit outdated. And the software solution itself is outdated as well. Excellent Project Management Tool
What do you like best? It's so easy to share and collaborate with colleagues on projects. What do you dislike? spreadsheets sometimes get hung up and freeze if they are extremely large What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
