MS Project - classic
What do you like best? I enjoy the traditional methodology and options to modernise the process using MSP. While it's not necessarily used always at TVO, it is still a standard that is replicated elsewhere in other software packages. What do you dislike? There's not much that I dislike - I cannot think of something right now so that's a good thing! What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Project management and tracking of milestones. ...

The standard for enterprise project management
What do you like best? This is the software every non-scrum PM tool tries to base themselves off of. It was also the first one I used, so everything else I come across gets compared to project rather than the other way around. What don't I like might be a better question. What do you dislike? The skills overhead required to fully and effectively utilize the tool. Resource allocation can also be a bit difficult when you have resources that are not 100% project focused whose non-project ...

Microsoft Project Review and Experience
What do you like best? MS Project is the most comprehensive Project Planning tool out there. Being able to define and schedule every task and milestone of a project through completion is the best feature in my case. the overall simplicity of the interface and the ability to easily add, modify, and link tasks is one of the best parts. What do you dislike? I found the learning curve to be a bit steeper than other MS programs. Sometimes the interface is a bit clunky as well, and ...
