Good but not the best
What do you like best? I like the options of how to portray resources throughout a project What do you dislike? I dislike how projects are all waterfall method. It would be better if they could be iterative. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am solving the problem of lack of visibility of projects, deliverables, and resources. I have realized the benefits of the full visibility and drilled down details.

What do you like best? well It keeps you really organized when you have a super large project to manager that I really like. I didn't use it much prior to this position and kind of wish I did i would not have had such a large learnign curve. What do you like best? The interface is user friendly and easy to navigate. What do you dislike? The program tends to have a long and slow start up time. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having a system where all of your work is stored and easy to view in one remote location makes for a more organized project.

keep it in order
What do you like best? It is a great way to keep timelines on track and in order. I really like that it helps me break out the days and if I change one day it will change the others with it. Highly Efficient Product
What do you like best? Ease of use and implementation. Reports can be managed with little user know how. I LOVE THE DRAG AND DROP SCHEDULING and the collabaration capability is fantastic! Great tool for complex projects with multiple stakeholders, but too detailed for smaller projects
What do you like best? MS Project is a great tool to manage complex projects with lots of moving parts and different participants. It is helpful to see dependencies, predecessors, etc. and understand the impact of changes to subsequent tasks. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like the usefulness of the resource reports and resource levelling. What do you dislike? I find the application is too cumbersome in certain areas.
