Project Management Made Easy
What do you like best? I like using the critical path view to see what items are the HOTTEST. This allows me to focus on which tasks need the most attention and figure out what paths can be achieved in parallel to eachother. What do you dislike? Microsoft Project - The most commonly used tool I have seen
What do you like best? Very easy to use and easily available with most of the clients we work work. What do you dislike? Nothing in specific to not like about as it is very easy to use. Our complete project management is maintained with Microsoft Project and is very easy to share information across the team.

What do you like best? I like to have a project management tool with all the project frameworks detailed. I can break down my projects by portfolio and programs. What do you dislike? Reporting can be improved. Reporting do not have the reports I need to support the business. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Microsoft Project is easy to import your work. Also manage it. Plan it and report What do you dislike? I have nothing at with Microsoft Project to dislike have never had any issues!! What do you like best? It is a familiar design because Microsoft is well-known to me. What do you dislike? It sometimes feels a little outdated, I would like for the mobile app to be more user friendly.. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
