Microsoft Project & Portfolio Management

What do you like best? Ease of use - setting up a new project from scratch. What do you dislike? I had challenges connecting/publishing the project file to Team Foundation Server. The process was not straightforward. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Trying to monitor the team's performance against the plan. Constant communication and collaboration between the team is a must.

What do you like best? The program is well designed and easy to use. It is also easy to teach to new team members. What do you dislike? I dislike the costs associated with the Project suite. What do you like best? I love using Microsoft because I can switch between all microsoft programming and they are share the same interface which allows me to easily move between all programs. Easy to use, and navigate, and if I am not sure how to do something, I can easily find a solution on google. What do you dislike? The one time that I had to call customer support was a nightmare. Easy to Use and Good Tool to start the project management

What do you like best? Microsoft is available with office 365 and there is online version available where you can do basic things. Tools is good to start and any project type whether fixed bid or T&M. Best suited for waterfall project or some of the implementation projects. What do you dislike?
