What do you like best? It is easy to use and cross compatibility with older versions of project they mesh very well. What do you dislike? Licensing can be difficult and expensive for smaller companies. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Utilizing the priority management for complex projects and overall tracking of future and current project milestones.

Project planning with MS Project
What do you like best? Gantt Charts are easy to do and recalculating dates when things move is really helpful What do you dislike? Old interface but it is one I'm used to using What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I was using Project to schedule IT implementations with many variables and resources

Very useful for large scale projects
What do you like best? The critical path calculations and ability to customize workweek to exclude holidays, vacations, etc What do you dislike? Not very useful for small projects where it's easy to see critical path What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Project management

What do you like best? very well organized, easy to use, clear visual of detailed schedule. a lot of good and practical features What do you dislike? it is limited to the specific task of scheduling a project amongst so many others that are interlinked with schedules. is not web based. therefore difficult to share or make accessible to management, stakeholders etc... Simple, effective, efficient
What do you like best? I utilize the formula function of the spreadsheet most frequently, with fast input output of data. What do you dislike? I don't have any complaints with the software. It runs as it should, the layout is easy to read, nothing is too flashy. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I save time using the formulas I input into the data table so I don't have to individually calculate all the variables.

Perfect for scheduling
What do you like best? Simple interface and it makes scheduling complex projects a breeze. What do you dislike? It doesn't have the best visual output and it's difficult to transfer content to people not using project. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
