Easy management of project activities

What do you like best? The simplicity that's expected from Microsoft products. Project management is straightforward. Has most of the feature needed for medium upper level. It is easy to organize the whole project using Microsoft project. Then assign some whole tasks for next management (or engineering level and let them start their own sub-project that will report to your main project. With some creativity you can divide big complicated tasks into several smaller projects (files and do ...

Microsoft Project is great for small business

What do you like best? We use Microsoft Project as part of our Office 365 suite and enjoy being able to share and update project schedules easily. It's a great program to use for small businesses. What do you dislike? We don't like that it is sometimes hard to see the whole schedule/gant chart at once on a small tablet being used in the field. Recommendations to others considering the product Good start for a small business; there are other more expensive programs available with ...

MS Project - good tool for PMs

What do you like best? Advanced functionality allowing to manage projects which includes project scheduling, resource planning, track work progress, create multiple reports and forecasts. What do you dislike? Sometimes it's hard to find required feature or formula, interface is very complex and I would say it is not intuitively understandable. You should take a training or watch a video to understand how to use all the features. There is no "light version", and the larger part of ...

I am able to multitask and share documents to fellow coworkers within seconds. What do you dislike? The only thing I can complain about is how it glitches at times. Sometimes the whole program will quit on its own which is quite frustrating, especially when presenting. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have ...

MS Project.. Project planning made easy.

What do you like best? Ease of use and the ability to get someone up to speed fairly quickly. What do you dislike? Lots of issues if there are different versions being utilized. Recommendations to others considering the product Works well and does offer integration with other packages and of course within the MS office product suite.
