Microsoft Project is a decent tool for managing and tracking programs/projects.
What do you like best? Microsoft Project is a good collaboration tool that allows multiple users involved in a common program/project to track & monitor timelines, progress, responsibilities, etc. I can be used to ensure smooth transition between responsible managers/stakeholders. What do you like best? Essential to Project planning. was able to adjust times when timelines slipped, and could easily extract information for reporting. What do you dislike? Very finicky - kind of hard to get use to if you have not used the product in the past. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We planned out an entire Security Operations build using MS Project

Great tool to keep projects organized
What do you like best? The auto adjustment of dates saves a lot of time compared to tracking with excel. What do you dislike? Need to spend some time learning. Not the most intuitive and can seem a little buggy. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Project and resource planning

Great features; can be complex to use
What do you like best? Using the product on a Windows PC was fine. What do you dislike? Seems extremely difficult to get meaningful printout for meetings, etc. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great experience managing team projects
What do you like best? Project makes it easy to manage projects across our team. We are able to add updates, adjust dates, and collaborate on plans through one platform which saves and records our progress and data in a track able format that we can edit from anywhere.
