Excellent Project Management Tool

You can tie target dates, which impact other target dates so that you can see a realistic timeline of where you are and where you should be. This makes it easy to follow up with the project owners to see the status of their project and determine what you can do to help them move along. What do you dislike? I dislike that Microsoft Project is not very user friendly. The ...

For smaller scale projects, it can be a bit overwhelming and unnecessary. Recommendations to others considering the product If you have a large team that is not consistently ...

Great product!
What do you like best? I have really enjoyed using all of the different ways to filter data groups. What do you dislike? I wish this was a little more user friendly for first time users - I feel like I'm missing out because I don't have hours to go through training sessions. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I've used it for multiple business projects and reports. It is also very helpful for scheduling a large client list.

There are some limitations to Excel and it's a bit disjointed. MS project does not allow ...
