What do you like best? Easy to learn program. This program helps users students the integral roll of project management. What do you dislike? Constant use of a product key. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Microsoft Project is a smart and user-friendly software that offers a lot of functionalities. I can easily see my the availability of my resources, work schedule, skill set, etc. I can look up an activity's start and end date, as well as the steps taken by the predecessor and the successor. Most comprehensive Project Management tool
What do you like best? This is the only tool I could find that has every project management capability. Allows you to view resource allocations and also allows multiple baselines for a project. Great product
What do you like best? Such a great product. I like how simple and self explanatory most of it is. What do you dislike? I constantly have to save my work in fear it will shut down unexpectedly. I’ve lost my work a few times because of it. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The ability to Have each project assigned a person. That way everyone knows who is in charge of what.
