What do you like best? The ability to customize and cater charts to the needs of your client. What do you dislike? Some features are a little complicated to understand and the help feature is not as useful. Often end up googling it instead. Doesn't always play well with others

What do you like best? The track-ability of project items. That it accommodates changes and makes the updates (Its dynamic-with most things and being able to change the views-even though Gantt is most popular What do you dislike? What do you like best? The ability to manage more than one project and to itemize all info on all aspects of the project. What do you dislike? The initial learning process is a little steep if you don't have time for training and have to teach yourself the project. Wish my boss wanted to keep using it. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping track of all info of all our many projects, as I am the only project manager.
