What do you like best? Its easy and most users have experience and have the tool installed as it comes standard with most desktop installations What do you dislike? It's just the basics and honestly if you don't have the resource management functionality down and how to use that it really just becomes a giant Gantt chart. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have managed 3 PMO's using the software functionality
