What do you like best? I like that this program is easily recognized by my customers as a valuable tool for scheduling projects. The Gantt Chart feature provides a good bird's eye view. What do you dislike? Some of the default settings (fonts, colors, where your cursor appears after you open a dialogue box, etc. are terrible. What do you like best? Project is very helpful for understanding critical path. What do you dislike? Project is not 100% intuitive and also it sometimes uses a lot of my CPU for no reason. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am using the application for capital project management. I have been able to use it to manage timelines.

Large Learning Curve

What do you like best? I like it's similarity and compatible with the other Microsoft products. It allows you to feel comfortable with the interface as it's already something you recognize. What do you dislike? To use it fully with most of it's functions requires a huge learning curve in comparison with the other Microsoft products.
