Great for Managing very complex projects

What do you like best? Ability to link several tasks together and the very easy ability to see what the impact is to downstream when one task slips. The resource management is very robust and allows you to see who / what teams are over allocated. I enjoy the ability to create a WBS in excel and easily import them into Project. What do you like best? It helps me outline a project from start to finish and immediately make changes where needed to meet goals. What do you like best? Ms Project is a good resource for project management and can be very detailed when needed. What do you dislike? Not everyone has Ms Project so we are often required to put into excel or print via PDF. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? I mostly like having all my project documents and resources managed from a single point. Task management, assignment, resource allocation and overall project reporting.
