What do you like best? Microsoft Project is simple and easy to learn. It provides all the functions and features necessary to manage projects/schedules. What do you dislike? There really isn't anything that I dislike about this software. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Ease of planning, tracking, budget and projection. Ideal tool for high level, mid level and low level project planning. Staffing allocation and budget planning. MS Project & Portfolio Management is similar to all other MS Office applications with the ribbon, making it easy to comprehend and understand for the average user as well as the well-versed user. Easy to use Software for Project Schedules

What do you like best? What I like best about this software is that it is a Microsoft product so it is straightforward to use. You can open the document easily and start sifting through the schedule in front of you and add and delete as needed. What do you dislike? The one thing I dislike is that this software is not available on a Mac, so I end up using it on the Parallels side of my computer.
