PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? MS Project is one of the best complete solution in the market today. It allows me to define and schedule tasks and milestone for projects via completion. This is my favorite part of my work, working along with MPPM tool. Just A Decent Project Management Application

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Project comes with a very intuitive user interface and many of the features are self explanatory. The software is a perfect tool in planning projects, especially when calculating the estimated end dates based on the projected duration for each task in a project. Clunky but gets the job done

What do you like best? There are a lot of features to cover many situations. What do you dislike? The interface is not terribly intuitive. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Project keeps everything on task.

What do you like best? Able to easily plan and build projects from anywhere. What do you dislike? Can be to complicated at times or when you are in a rush. What do you like best? I like how all Microsoft programs are similar. I was able to learn this program easier than most because of the features in others Microsoft programs. What do you dislike? What do you like best? As a project Manager, Microsoft Projects helps me to better monitor my exact progress with my projects. There are a host of features that tracks each area of the project. What do you dislike? I do not dislike anything about this product. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Microsoft Project and Portfolio Management increases productivity and performance once used correctly as it requires a level of discipline.

What do you like best? The ability to convert a Project file to Excel for use by staff who do not have Project available. It is a format that most people are familiar with. What do you dislike?
