What do you like best? This is very easy to set-up and implement, and it has great graphics What do you dislike? What do you like best? Very simple to use, tracks resources, schedule, resource utilization and deliverable's in one place. You can also export to excel easily. What do you dislike? PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? MS Project is one of the best complete solution in the market today. It allows me to define and schedule tasks and milestone for projects via completion. This is my favorite part of my work, working along with MPPM tool. What do you like best? I like how all Microsoft programs are similar. I was able to learn this program easier than most because of the features in others Microsoft programs. What do you dislike? I wish it would allow let me do some additional editing. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? As a project Manager, Microsoft Projects helps me to better monitor my exact progress with my projects. There are a host of features that tracks each area of the project. What do you dislike? I do not dislike anything about this product. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Microsoft Project and Portfolio Management increases productivity and performance once used correctly as it requires a level of discipline.

It is often the only option available with clients

What do you like best? The ability to convert a Project file to Excel for use by staff who do not have Project available. It is a format that most people are familiar with. What do you dislike? I hate that I cannot open more than one project at a time. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Managing individual tasks. Resource allocation.
