Great tool for project management and scheduling
What do you like best? Ability to create easy to use templates for scheduling and to be able to ports into Springboard online scheduling tools. What do you dislike? Still seems out to date and not keeping up with other Office programs but I guess it keeps it faster and better performing. What do you like best? Project allows you to plan and schedule everything from purchase orders to logistics that happens outside of the project. It allows you to stay on task and provides a real time update to all clients to allow everyone to have clear communication. What do you dislike? Great Project Management tool
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? There are lot of things you can do with MPPM tool. It offers IRR, integration with MS TFS, complete control over the breakdown structure, includes Gantt chart and it allows you to plan a project within few minutes. Not perfect, but gets the job done
What do you like best? It integrates well with Office 365 and the rest of the MS Office Suite of products. It's straightforward and easy to use out of the box. What do you dislike? Better Planning when using Microsoft Project
What do you like best? Easily updatable if project plan is setup correctly from start with dependencies What do you dislike? Only being able to have one project file open in window at time unlike Excel or Word. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
