I have used MS project for large scale software/hardware installation.

What do you like best? I liked being able to keep track of resources and timelines. What do you dislike? Really nothing. I was able to effectively manage the installation. Recommendations to others considering the product Easy. Simple. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I had to manage 10+ employees coding and installing a touchscreen POS. It made tracking easy.

Holy Complicated

What do you like best? There are options galore, so long as you know how to use the software. What do you dislike? We found the sheer number of options to be cumbersome and really didn't think it suited our needs. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Large litigation requires organization and the ability to analyze trends and documents. We attempted to utilize this for that purpose.

What do you like best? I like how user friendly it is to navigate! No training needed prior to use! What do you dislike? Expensive, really, REALLY expensive!
