Microsoft Project is great for keep track of timing, but archaic
What do you like best? I like the ease of use of putting timing into the sheet with easy to see Gantt timing charts. What do you dislike? Overall, Microsoft Project is an archaic platform. There are more efficient methods of tracking timing out there. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I don't use MP very often anymore. My company developed their own system for timing tracking because MP was very slow and tedious.

It's just OK
What do you like best? There is little to like in Microsoft Project. Most of my customers have no use for a GANTT chart. The other features of Project are handled much better by other applications. While it can produce a GANTT chart, selecting which defaults to use is tedious. Recommendations to others considering the product Do your homework. Make sure it ...
