Microsoft Project

What do you like best? Good for sequential steps for process. Sometimes the links do not work in the steps and requires you to delete and reenter fields. Can be time consuming. What do you dislike? I think the software is clumsy and lacks flexibility for outlining/linking steps that may happen in tandem. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Resource management. Identifying work streams and patterns.

What do you like best? The ability to put a lot of detail about each task in the particular given format What do you dislike? To have to put long columns where i could have used a single cell What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Microsoft Project Plan is a good tool for all types of people! It is the perfect combination of usability and flexibility when it comes to planning all sorts of projects.
