What do you like best? It makes it easy to collaborate and work with others across departments. What do you dislike? I don't have any dislikes, it is easy to use and share with others. Many tools
What do you like best? Microsoft Project and Portfolio Management has numerous tools you can use. What do you dislike? Sometimes that vast amount of tools can be too much and you are unable to find and learn it all. Recommendations to others considering the product Take the trial version and watch how to videos. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? creating a timeline for a long-term project.

What do you like best? This is hands down one of the best project management tools on the market right now. If you are either a project manager, this is a tool that will change the way you work. It is an intimidating program to start to use. Good tool for primarily Waterfall projects
What do you like best? One stop place to capture mini projects/tasks, resource allocation, calendars, PTo's, holidays and plan project delivery timelines. What do you dislike? Using Microsoft project to schedule and monitor Engineering deparment tasks for various projects.
What do you like best? Really useful for scheduling and resource workload control. With this tool I am able to assign individual tasks to my resources available making sure I am not overloading an specific resource and that I am not leaving anyone unassigned or with a low workload.
