Microsoft Project - One of the best Project Management Software
What do you like best? Scheduling the project to the minute details is much easier. The Work Break Down Structure which is actually very taxing in my field has been made so easy. I like the way the Gantt Chart is used and how tasks are divided into sub tasks easily and how floats are easily visible for project crashing. What do you like best? Makes changing and updating timelines easy. What do you dislike? Takes some training. Sometimes tedious when there are many tasks and they overlap What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to share and update everyone on the project

Microsoft Project Management could be more user friendly

What do you like best? MS Project is complex software and I've heard some team members say it saves them time. What do you dislike?
