What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote? I love using it as a lab notebook because I can directly embed excel sheets, screen shots, images and videos of my experiment. It it an easy way to keep files related to specific experiments organized. I've never used the voice capture or video functions, but they seem useful for taking class notes perhaps.
