"Better than paper and pencil, but not by much"

What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote? It's a single place for me to keep all my notes, reference them, search, etc. The biggest advantage is that many people can all share the same notebook so that notes aren't just for your but are for the team for everyone to use and reference. What do you dislike about Microsoft OneNote? It's not much better than using my paper book and pencil. I recommend this tool for keeping track of notes

PROS: What I like about OneNote is the fact that it allows me to create offline notes and it has grat tree-structure . The formatting functions are great sometimes limited but they do the job. Also, it provides options for recording video, audio, screen-shooting and painting directly into the app. CONS: There is no way to provide access to separate notes only to the notebooks. What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote? The fact that it can be combined with a meeting invite and structure immediately who attended. You can write notes like it was a structure in Word without formatting it as it does it for you. I find it easy to construct meeting minutes and send them to the attendees in a group. "Excellent tool to replace paper"

What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote? I enjoy being able to use this tool as a replacement for all the paper that used to be on my desk! Whenever a client calls I simply put the note in the program and I can easily forward the message to someone or take down information to be input into our Agency Management system later on.
