This is effective tool for multimedia collaboration and organization

PROS: I like how well integrates with other software and it provides small learning curve for newbies. I started using it with my students for 2 weeks. I like when I see that people are using this software on a daily basis so they can improve the organization and efficiency at work and school. CONS: Sometimes it shows errors when multiple people are working on it.
