"Great for Education"

What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote? I love that my students' work is organized, and I can see their work in real time. It's so easy for submissions and grading. What do you dislike about Microsoft OneNote? There are minor features that aren't perfect yet. For example, you can't double space. There are also some pieces of the immersive reader that aren't perfect. Recommendations to others considering Microsoft OneNote: Use it! It takes a slight adjustment period, but it's totally ...

I’m using OneNote on a daily basis, it is made for everything

PROS: OneNote is my go-to solution for everything from virtual whiteboarding to old school note-taking and from drafting emails to brainstorming with my team members. CONS: And what I don’t like is that sometimes OneNote and Word are not related 100%. There are some features that exist in Word and cannot be found in OneNote. They could include the features and plugins that are missing within the tool.

Perfect for facilitating virtual groups

I've been facilitating virtual groups through OneNote and it has worked brilliantly. I prep for the meeting by creating a tab for the session, and pages for the agenda items. I insert notes, blank diagrams, blank tables on those pages...anything I'm planning to fill in during the session. I bring up OneNote on my iPad, I share my Zoom screen with my iPad, and I have a virtual whiteboard where I can draw, circle, underline, crossout...anything I'm am facilitating. I also bring up the same ...

A highly recommended office tool!

PROS: Having the ability to own multiple notebooks with pages and chapters make it a critical tool for every office desk. Now you can do away with your notebook to prepare or take notes before or during meetings. It allows you to include tables and images to make your content a lot meaningful. Tag and Clip, and Task options are useful to mark critical items in your notes. The tool's color-coded scheme also adds a nice overall functinality. CONS: So far, OneNote has helped me in many ways ...

Highly helpful tool for recording meetings and taking notes

PROS: It is a great note-taking solution. I write lot of notes and I really needed a tool that would allow me to share them. This tool allows me to write them and share it with my team members. It is a great tool and I’m using it on a daily basis. CONS: When it comes to autosync stuff it works great but when it’s time for coming back it doesn’t work the way I want. I know that there are other tool but I really don’t want to spend lot of time to get layout piece.
