"Fantastic, Portable, and Powerful Note System"

What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote? I love One-Note, and have been using the software since my days in college. One-note keeps me organized, stores any kind of object - including recording classes and embedding the recording directly onto the page that I took notes on that day. Later I can listen to the lesson while looking over the notes that I took. This ensured that my notes were correct and that I had not missed anything. I also use One-Note as a share/synced notebook with ...

I suggest that Microsoft agree on a format that users are used to (IE: Excel or WORD) to make inserting notes more efficient and less frustrating. Recommendations to others ...

I really wish the online and local versions were the same. There are many disconnects in layout and features between the two products. What problems is Microsoft OneNote solving and how is that benefiting you? OneNote allows you to store all that information (email, documents, free form notes, pictures) in ...

"One of the more useless parts of MS Office Suite"

Difficult to copy items to clipboard for use in other applications. Do not like how it automatically re-opens last file you used, and do not like that it stays in memory after closing the window. Recommendations to others considering Microsoft OneNote: Not really too useful. Only ever use this if I have to, like for ...
