"OneNote"

What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote? I use OneNote for work and as a personal resource. I love that I can neatly organize all of my notes, rearrange notes and notebooks, create to-do lists, record voice right into the notes, and attach documents. I use OneNote for anything from a client meeting to a grocery shopping list. I love that the desktop and mobile apps sync instantly. I will often need to look at something I've written on OneNote in the office on my phone or write a note ...

"Amazing Collaboration Tool for Teams"

What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote? I am obsessed with One Note and the ability to collaborate asynchronously and virtually with my team mates. We've created a One Note space that we continuously add to. When we have projects or assignments that multiple team members are contributing to we use this space to each have a voice and be able to add to the project. One Note makes it so easy to connect and collaborate in a fresh space where we can quickly and creatively brainstorm and ...

"Use every day"

What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote? The best thing is the ease of making notes with captures of any application as well as highlighting the important thing. I use it for my day in the office and my work. I have all the notes of my clients synchronized with the cloud and I can access from anywhere on the internet as well as fabulous applications for mobile devices. What do you dislike about Microsoft OneNote? It is difficult to find errors in this application. Maybe what I like is ...

"Very user friendly - Easy for Notes"

What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote? I like that there is no clear format you need to follow. When I'm in meetings it can act as a blank piece of paper I would be handwriting on it. What do you dislike about Microsoft OneNote? I don't like that some of the features from the previous version didn't carry over correctly (highlighting). I wish the tags were more intuitive. For example, if I create a tag summary and then change something on a specific tag--I wish it updated the tag ...

"The noteworthy note-taking tool"

What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote? OneNote takes pretty much anything you can throw at it: pictures, text, links, tables, and more! It lets you organize notes at multiple levels in a rather intuitive way: Notebooks have sections, sections have pages, and pages can have subpages. What do you dislike about Microsoft OneNote? There are so many features that the keyboard shortcuts don't cover everything you want to do. For instances, making a new page is easy (Ctrl+N), but making a ...

"Microsoft OneNote "

What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote? OneNote is very easy to use and easy adapt to your own personal needs. What do you dislike about Microsoft OneNote? It can be a little tricky to add PDFs, or other outside documents into OneNote if you are a new user. What problems is Microsoft OneNote solving and how is that benefiting you? Our organisation uses OneNote as a training/documentation/information-sharing resource. One of the ways that many organisations suffer is when there is a ...

"A Great Tool for Accessing Lots of Information Easily"

What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote? I like that I can easily organize my materials in folders (sections) and on pages. At the same time, I can easily find what I need through the search capability. I also like that I can easily synchronize my notes across machines that I work on. One Note is easy to use. What do you dislike about Microsoft OneNote? Really nothing, but if I have to say something, it's that when I needed to change the location of my file location (on a remote ...

"Just use it! You will find something great it can do for you, trust me!"

What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote? OK, so Microsoft tools can leave a lot to be desired, and OneNote is no different. BUT, what it CAN DO for you is what you need to be concerned about. I like the fact that any onenote is available across all my devices using the Windows live account. This means I can get access to any note, any time, any place, on any device. Even if I'm pulled into a meeting with only my cell phone, I can access notes and sound super intelligent and ...

"Simple and easy note-taking application that makes me a better note-taker"

What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote? OneNote doesn't require saving, so my notes are never lost. The switch to OneNote was incredibly easy and now I can't imagine my work without it. It's incredibly fast, allows me to place any type of content anywhere I want in my notes. It's like having a limitless digital whiteboard. Also of particular benefit is the ability to organize my notes into "notebooks" with multiple tabs and pages. I can then search across the entire file to find ...
