Improving your Business with Dynamics 365 for Sales

What do you like best? With how incredibly flexible and configurable Dynamics 365 for Sales is allows it to be adapted to fit any sales process no matter how complex. What do you dislike? One of our biggest requests revolves around being able to add color/highlights to different areas of the form. This is something that can be accomplished with scripting, but would be nice to handle with configuration to stay away from customization. Recommendations to others considering the product ...

In fairness, ever CRM has it's issues

What do you like best? I can't think of anything that I like about it. What do you dislike? I dislike that when you assign something to another person, it changes all the dates in interactions as if it were all done today. I don't like how you can't delete an account, only make it inactive. I don't like how randomly appointments will disappear. I don't like how if an opportunity is made for someone else, that person cannot successfully close won or lost it without going through about ...

Great for large businesses bu

What do you like best? I really like the fact that it gives a visual of what a customer can expect from my company. What do you dislike? The cost. I expect for for $100 a month. Recommendations to others considering the product Take the time to really look into how Microsoft Dynamics can be used with your company before you decide to purchase the product. Do not let the sales people let you talk you into a monthly subscription if you are unsure of the product. Smaller companies may ...

Good CRM, certainly on its way to become best

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I always joke how we exhausted the program and there is no team out there that is relying on it more than we do. But it's somehow true, you know-we went from on-prem to cloud CRM, and we began to bear fruit from this smart decision. Updates come smoothly, and disaster recovery stands there pitch-perfect, even if I don't believe we're going to use it. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I can't say if it's us or ...

Developer Perspective

What do you like best? The tools and options available to developers is great, and there is a lot of documentation available for SDKs etc What do you dislike? As with any software that allows customisation there are limitations which can be worked around though you then do need to be aware of using unsupported features. Recommendations to others considering the product In terms of development and customisation, there is a lot that can be achieved with Dynamics 365 that can really ...

Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365 great for bigger corporations

What do you like best? I like how it integrates with Linkedin combining the two together making it easier to combine the social and sales data together. This can lead to the right people connecting through email that people trust rather than just randomly seeing an email not knowing if it is real or not. Linkedin will provide the authentication for your company making it real. It allows to be focused on the right people again and allows the right scoring of the skills that you are looking ...

I’m able to open calendar and set a task. I really like how this system works with other apps like CSPro and Avaya. What aspects are problematic or could work better? When working within this program it tends to open new windows when there is no need or to move to some other areas within ...
